Returns:
You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Your item must be in the original packaging (if applicable).
Your must contact us first for approval and return procedure.

Within those same 30 calendar days, If you are not happy with the product after installing one strip we will take back the rest of the uninstalled products and refund you 100% for the unused product we successfully receive back in our warehouse.

If more than one strip has been installed and you are requesting a refund due to dissatisfaction, we have the right that a representative from our company come to inspect the installation of the product in order to satisfy us that the product is indeed not suitable or does not meet requirements. We will also inspect if the product is being used incorrectly (e.g product being used on wrong type of door), or if it has been installed incorrectly.


Refunds:
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned
item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). If no product has been used and all returned successfully to us:

  • We have the right to deduct the original order delivery cost from the refund. This cost is €24.95 per package. This charge is void if return is due to our company’s error or faulty product.

  • If return of product is organised by us we will deduct this cost from the refund. The return cost will have to be calculated per package. This charge is void if return is due to our company’s error or faulty product.

  • In the case that a debit/credit card was used for the purchase we have the right to deduct 2% from the refund to cover the original card transaction costs as these refund costs are now being charged by the card transaction merchants. This charge is void if return is due to our company’s error or faulty product.

You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.


Shipping:
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Your shipping costs
are non­-refundable unless the return is due to our company’s error or faulty product.

If the return of the product is organised and paid for by us then the return cost will be deducted from the refund if the return is not due to our company’s error or because of the product being faulty.
